I’ve yet to see the final confirmation on paper, but I have it on good authority that I no longer own a condo. The realization hasn’t set in. After battling Chase Home Loans for two years, I’m not certain how much time it will take to register with my brain. Would I ever again become a homeowner? Of course. Just as soon as I win either the lottery or a Pulitzer Prize for literature, pay for a new place with cash, book a housekeeper and get married again. Like I said, I’m not in my right mind at the moment.
