They Said It Wouldn’t Last

Holy word cow. I posted my 800th blog post. What was once ego gratification became a daily commitment that morphed into something of an obsession. While I’m not sure where I’m headed, I can’t stop because I’m no quitter! As therapy, blogging can’t be beat: I purge, discuss, review, bash, comment, rail and joke without concern that a paycheck is tied to the readability or impact of my words. I don’t have to write it. You don’t have to read it. Is that the life lesson here—that it’s important to do what one loves just because it feels good? Probably.
